Intro to Kiln-Formed Glass (half-day)

Learn how to make a unique piece of glass art.

You'll start by learning how to cut glass—curved or straight—and then turn your idea into a real-life design using the cutting skills we've just learnt. You'll work with coloured sheet glass and a choice of two designs; and you can also experiment by adding additional materials including powders, frits, stringers and other glass materials.

To help you create your design, we'll take a look at examples, and don't worry—Emma will be by your side to help with your piece, if you need it.

✶ Firing takes place overnight and we will let you know when you can collect your piece (if you don't live nearby, we can ship it to you for a small fee)
